APPEALS stands for Agro-Processing, Productivity, Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support. It is an empowerment project offered by World Bank in collaboration with Enugu State.
Over 600 beneficiaries will get a grant ranging between 2.5 - 5.2 Million Naira each, in any of the following value chains:

Interested and eligible applicants must submit Expression of Interest (EOI), through a freely available Application Form. These forms would be distributed at Okpara square on Tuesday, 3rd September, 2019.
Applicants must collect, fill and return completed application form within the deadline to No. 11/13 Ubosi Street (Behind Fire Service) New Haven, Enugu State.
