This scheme is aimed at young people enrolled in secondary school. We believe that all young people should have the opportunity to participate in engaging events that helps them to compete and achieve their personal best. This includes competing against peers within the same school and other external candidates. Among the planned challenge programmes under this scheme are school sports, school quiz, essay writing etc. These challenges would be accessible for all students in secondary school and designed to engage as many participants as possible. Some of the challenges may be student-led with the concept that students will challenge others to beat a score or better their performance. Others would be organised through school staff but would be student driven and organised in consultation with intended participants.
We do not accept applications directly from individuals under this scheme. It is the responsibility of individual schools to select their best candidates who would participate in any of our challenge programmes. We intend to offer at least one programme under this scheme each year. The programmes may be restricted to schools within a State and/or particular Local Government Area. Detailed information about each programme and dates would be published within our news section and social media platforms. For those interested in this scheme, we strongly recommend that you follow us on social media in order to get up to date information about application open dates.
